Scripture Memory - Esther 4

Good job on Scripture memory this past Sunday. Keep working on it. This chapter's Scripture memory verse just happens to be the theme for the whole book!  Again, there will be a reward for all those who memorize all the verses throughout our ten week series. The blessings that come from hiding God's Word in your heart are unfathomable.  God is so gracious and kind to eternally reward his people even though we don't deserve it.  But if you are under the age of 12 and memorize all the verses, ice cream -- in the near future and on this earth -- will also be involved in your reward from me.

Esther 1:19 (ESV) - ...that Vashti is never again to come before King Ahasuerus. And let the king give her royal position to another who is better than she.

Esther 2:17 (ESV) - ... the king loved Esther more than all the women, and she won grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins, so that he set the royal crown on her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.

Esther 3:5 (ESV) - And when Haman saw that Mordecai did not bow down or pay homage to him, Haman was filled with fury.

Esther 4:14 (ESV) - For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
